Comenzamos el recorrido por los museos participantes en Erasmus Science Museum, y el primero que vamos a descubrir es el Museo Geominero. Situado en un impresionante edificio de los años veinte que no os dejará indiferentes, el museo alberga una fantástica exposición permanente de colecciones de minerales, rocas y fósiles. ¿Queréis ver pepitas de oro encontradas en España?¿quizás un meteorito encontrado en México?¿o tal vez un cráneo de Tyrannosaurus Rex encontrado en Dakota del Sur? Si la respuesta es sí, el Museo Geominero os hará pasar un gran rato. No os lo perdáis  y recordad es GRATIS para vosotros y para tres amigos más!

We started the tour of the museums participating in Erasmus Science Museum, and the first thing we discover is the Mining Museum. Located in an impressive building of the twenties will not let you indifferent, the museum houses a permanent exhibition of fantastic collections of minerals, rocks and fossils. You want to see gold nuggets found in Spain? Perhaps a meteorite found in Mexico? Or perhaps a skull of Tyrannosaurus Rex found in South Dakota? Deja que te cuenten la historia -y las historias- de los elementos allí expuestos y la del precioso edificio que alberga el museo y la sede del IGME. Haz un grupo de almenos 10 personas y avisa al museo solamente con 2 días de antelación. También es posible en inglés!


And after visiting the Museo de Antropología...you have the possibility of a guided visit to the Museo Geominero, too. Listen the history -and stories- of the elements there displayed and of the beautiful building which hosts the museum and the IGME´s central office. Make a group of at least 10 persons and tell the musem only 2 days first. Moreover, is possible to make the visit in English!
